Reachality SMB Product Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Reachality’s SMB product! Please carefully read and understand the following terms and conditions governing the use of our service. By using our services, you agree to abide by these terms.
- Service Description
Reachality’s SMB product is designed for individual loan officers, wholesale account executives, mortgage broker offices, and small businesses. This is a month-to-month service that requires auto-billing through credit card facilitated by Stripe. Cancellation of the service requires a 30-day notice for us to close out billing and delete all related data.
- Data Deletion and Replication
AI Agents created for SMBs cannot be replicated once they have been deleted. The service cannot be transferred to another provider. At the time of deletion, all data provided by the client, including conversation transcripts, will be permanently deleted.
- Pricing
Pricing will remain as established at the time of sign-up unless usage exceeds 500 conversations per month in a 12-month cycle. If usage increases to more than 500 conversations in three separate months, Reachality will contact the client to establish overage usage. No additional billing to the client’s credit card will be added without client consent.
- Billing during Cancellation Process
The account will be billed one more time during the cancellation process if Reachality is not given a 30-day notice in writing. Cancellation requests must be submitted by emailing support @ reachality.com. Phone requests may not suffice for cancellation.
